Rooms were wonderful! The entire hotel is well decorated, super clean. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The higiene products had a great smell and quality was better than encountered in most hotels. Staff was polite, welcoming and very helpful giving us the right tip of restaurant for our late night meal. The hotel is very close to the Basilica de Fatima. I also used the gym which had everything needed for a quick workout to start the day. I’d definitely stay there again and already recommended to friends and family.

It’s a large family managed hotel, with a familiar sense. It has a lovely spacious sitting room by reception and a working lift to get you to your room. The cleaning staff are very friendly and the hotel owner is a legend. It’s located right in the middle of Luso centro so all is in reach. The bedroom has good air conditioner which is brilliant for the hot days. This hotel has loads of potential and I know it’s being improved each year.

We were greeted by Bruno who went out of his way to make sure our check in process was as good as it can be, and in general every staff member we encountered was nice. The place is absolutely gorgeous, from the dome itself inside and out and to the other facilities like the dining room which served wonderful food both for breakfast and dinner. The place has a lovely pool in which we swam twice in our one night stay - worth it even though the water is far from warm :) Definitely recommend
